Meet the Owner Making A Sterling Difference

Meet Sherri Hobson, the Owner of Reventia Sterling Designs.

Sherri Hobson created and designed Reventia Sterling Designs with one thing in mind - to make a sterling difference following a long and accomplished career as a veteran federal prosecutor, having spent 30 years in the courtroom in San Diego. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986, and attended law school at Northeastern University in Boston. Sherri went to North Monterey County High School in Central California, but she was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and came to the United States as a teenager. Her father, who was Irish, was a veteran of the World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War (early years), so she always respects and supports our veterans knowing the sacrifices they have made. She also understands that war is terrible. Her mother's family was killed during the Korean war. Sherri's life experiences, combined with her mother's 2015 death from ovarian cancer, shaped her vision to give-back by forming Reventia - a company about making a sterling difference.

Today, Reventia makes a sterling difference every single day because we continue to give back. Each month, Reventia selects a nonprofit and charity that supports women's health issues, women's causes and provides educational and informational materials, like ovarian cancer and veteran causes.
Moreover, it was very important to Sherri that Reventia focuses on women's diversity and style so we intentionally create and design our artisan jewelry in multiple sizes and lengths because women are not one size fits all. Our stone bracelets are designed by U.S. artisans in multiple sizes to fit every women's wrist. Several sterling bracelets are created in different sizes, too!
Sherri also wanted to create a green company! So, at Reventia, your jewelry will promptly arrive in one white box with simple paper packaging. And, shipping is free when you spend $99 or more.
